Are portable saunas effective compared with full-size saunas?
Portable saunas can be effective enough for home users, but you need to define ?effective.? If your goal is relaxation, light cardiovascular stimulation, warming sore muscles, or building a regular heat habit, many portable models do the job reasonably well. If your goal is the full hot-dry-air experience of a traditional sauna with high ambient temperature and better airflow, most portable units do not replicate that very well.

The ongoing experience is usually more pleasant, and pleasant devices get used. Are portable saunas worth it for apartments?

Do portable saunas help with weight loss?
Not in the way most ads imply. You may lose water weight temporarily through sweating, but that is not the same as meaningful fat loss.
